Beach Fit & Hit Event

Start your weekend with a sweat on the sand!
We start at 8:30am with Mobility to get you moving before progressing into a Strength & Conditioning fitness session. Learn the fundamentals of beach tennis or refine your skills in the lesson before channeling your competitive energy into an Americano-style tournament.
Events run once a month on the last Saturday except for Public Holidays, 3-hour event 8:30-11:30am, all equipment provided, all-levels welcome.

A personalised 60-minute coaching session designed to help you improve your beach tennis skills faster. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique, this private lesson focuses on the areas that will benefit your game the most.

You’ll work on key elements such as stroke technique, movement on sand, control, and game strategy, with clear guidance and feedback throughout the session.

Perfect for players who want focused attention, faster progress, and a deeper understanding of the game.

Personal Training - Fitness 45

45-minute 1-on-1 session. Work to increase your power and ability to move on the sand through strength and conditioning training.

Combo Group Lesson

The perfect combination of fitness and skill development. This 75-minute group session begins with a 30-minute strength and conditioning Beach Bootcamp.

Followed by a 45-minute beach tennis group lesson, where participants learn the fundamentals of the game, develop coordination and technique, and enjoy improving their skills in a supportive environment.
