The perfect combination of fitness and skill development. This 75-minute group session begins with a 30-minute strength and conditioning Beach Bootcamp.
Followed by a 45-minute beach tennis group lesson, where participants learn the fundamentals of the game, develop coordination and technique, and enjoy improving their skills in a supportive environment.
