Start your weekend with a sweat on the sand!
We start at 8:30am with Mobility to get you moving before progressing into a Strength & Conditioning fitness session. Learn the fundamentals of beach tennis or refine your skills in the lesson before channeling your competitive energy into an Americano-style tournament.
Events run once a month on the last Saturday except for Public Holidays, 3-hour event 8:30-11:30am, all equipment provided, all-levels welcome.
